Admissions
Applicants for postgraduate research programs should normally have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field and a proven record of performance. Application details can be found on the website of Office of Postgraduate Studies.
 
Students admitted to a postgraduate program must demonstrate competence in the following core areas: (a) linear algebra; and (b) probability and applied statistics. Those deemed inadequate in these areas may be required to take a set of remedial courses prescribed by the Department’s postgraduate committee and obtain at least a grade B in these courses.
