We are pleased to announce that a team of three IEDA UG students, CHAN Ho Sum Sam, CHENG Ho Lam and Mak Hoi Lam won the second runner-up in the HKLA 2021 Hong Kong Logistics Case Contest. Organized by the Hong Kong Logistics Association (HKLA), this territory-wide logistics contest is an exceptional arena for students to apply various practical theories learned from class into real business problems, while strengthening their analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.

The competition was held during March 26-27 2021. IEDA student team worked on a logistics management problem sponsored by Chevalier AOC Freight Express Holdings Ltd. and competed with project teams from industries and other tertiary institutions by recommending an innovation yet cost-effective solution.
